Rex Risner has 20 years of experience in concrete construction. He started at Proline in 2009 as a concrete foreman With hard work, determination and a positive attitude, Rex moved from a foreman and now to his current position, Project Manager/Estimator. Rex holds numerous certifications, including 30 hr OSHA, ACI Finisher, First Aid/CPR, and heavy equipment certification. Rex values quality work and enjoys building long-lasting relationships with clients and the well-rounded, hard-working Proline team.
